- Operating frequency range of 80–130 kHz for balanced depth penetration and target resolution
- Maximum operational depth of 900 feet with reliable bottom tracking
- Beamwidth of 24° to 16° providing wide coverage area for efficient scanning beneath the vessel
- Compatible with Garmin GSD 26 and compatible sonar modules via 8-pin connector
- Supports both traditional echo sounding and spread spectrum scanning for enhanced fish and structure detection
- Engineered for hull deadrise angles between 0° and 7° with internally tilted element design
Data Insights
The B75M's 80–130 kHz operating range produces clear target separation across varying water depths while maintaining consistent sonar performance in changing conditions. Its medium-frequency output achieves the optimal balance between shallow-water detail definition and deeper-water penetration, making it effective for both coastal and offshore applications. The 600 W power output ensures crisp underwater returns and dependable bottom contour mapping, while the 24° to 16° beamwidth delivers broad underwater coverage without sacrificing precision in target identification.
Usage Instructions
Install the transducer according to supplied installation instructions, ensuring your vessel has a hull deadrise between 0° and 7° for optimal sonar performance. Connect the 8-pin connector to a compatible Garmin sonar module or chartplotter, then configure sonar settings to match your vessel type and fishing requirements. Proper installation maximizes sonar accuracy, reduces the risk of hull damage, and ensures seamless integration with your Garmin sonar ecosystem.
Design & Material
The B75M features a durable bronze thru-hull construction designed for long-lasting marine performance in saltwater and freshwater environments. Its flush-mounted installation sits level with the hull surface, reducing water resistance and maintaining boat efficiency. The internally tilted sonar element eliminates the need for external mounting brackets or fairing blocks, providing a clean, streamlined installation without compromising sonar accuracy.
- Bronze thru-hull housing resists corrosion in marine environments
- Flush-mounted design minimizes water drag and vessel profile
- Internal 0° tilted element requires no external fairing block installation
- 8-pin connector provides secure, reliable signal integration
- Engineered for 0° to 7° hull deadrise compatibility
- Optimized sonar coverage with 24° to 16° dynamic beamwidth
